No lists, no resale. We only use this to answer you.

What a floor robot does.
And what it does not.

A robot floor scrubber runs a route you map once, then cleans it on schedule with nobody driving. The CC1 Pro scrubs, sweeps, vacuums and dust mops in a single pass. The BG1 sweeps, scrubs, dust mops and polishes large floors. The MT1 sweeps.

It does not replace the crew. It takes the repeatable part of the floor, the long open runs cleaned every night, so your people spend their hours on restrooms, edges and detail work. Industry reporting puts janitorial labor at $16 to $22 an hour before burden, with the loaded rate 30 to 42% higher, which is why the night floor shift is where we start.

Which one fits your building.

Buy it outright,
or spread the cost.

A CC1 Pro is $24,000 to buy, plus a one-time $1,000 setup fee. Or use the Robo Pro payment plan: 12 payments of $2,400, with no interest added and no bank in the middle. Machines above $30,000, like the BG1, run over 18 payments. Leasing is a pilot program approved case by case.

RoboCare is required on every floor robot: $240 a month on a CC1 Pro, $370 on a BG1, $190 on an MT1. The SH1 is the exception, sold outright with RoboCare optional.
